Acer V223-WBD 22-inch LCD Monitor: The Acer V223-WBD’s screen has a 1680 x 1050 resolution. It has a 2500:1 dynamic contrast ratio and a 170-degree viewing angle. This mode is pretty average in terms of features and performance. It has made it to this list mainly for its modest price tag. Currently, the Acer V223-WBD retails for around $164 each. Another great Acer monitor model would be the 17-inch Acer ET.BV3RP that retails for just $99.
Samsung 2233SW 21.5-inch HD LCD Monitor:The Samsung 2233SW is a full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. It has a 5ms response time and a 15′000:1 contrast ratio. The design of this LCD monitor is similar to those found on high-end LCD HDTV models. It has a glossy black surface with a slight curve (and transparent plastic layer) on the lower bezel. Overall, it is one of the best-looking LCD monitors around. This Samsung LCD monitor currently sells for around $193 per unit.
