The screen has a kind of auto-dimming, which are turned off, with one of the settings. The screen is about 35% dark suddenly after about 5 seconds of a dark scene. It 'really annoying, since there is no abrupt change and the change brought to light is very clear and comes after a slight delay. I saw this TV in my bedroom, and is usually in the dark, which is even more obvious and annoying.
Google and you will find many examples of people who complain find them. There is no easy setting to disable this feature.
If you watch sports or other things always brilliant, is a beautiful image and can not be this problem. But if you look above the film, you could drive one mad.
I am very sorry I bought this tv.
