I got in my car and 'dropped to $ 639 when I pressed the trigger. I have it on my desk next to my PC 30 "monitor. I am very satisfied with the quality of the images. I called Sony Support and they are mailing me the firmware update on a USB drive for free. Threshold Delivery driver was perfect. This TV is currently on sale at Best Buy for $ 999 + tax. I visit Best Buy to see what I'm going to buy from Amazon!
